2. Tyrell Williams, San Diego Chargers

If you happen to be the unlucky one to have drafted Keenan Allen, expecting him to rebound from injury last season, Week 1 definitely did not go your way. However, there is another San Diego Chargers wide receiver with breakout written all over him, and that man is Tyrell Williams. Williams is likely not owned in your league, but that is going to change after Sunday.

Williams was already the second-best receiver on the team, after a nice preseason vaulted him up the depth chart. With Allen down, Williams will now assume the top spot in the pecking order, and has all the tools to be very productive. The Chargers love to play an uptempo game, which plays right into Williams’ skill set.

The Chargers are going to throw the ball all day in 2016, as they boast one of the best pure passers in the NFL. Rivers has already developed a nice relationship with Williams, who has gained the quarterback’s trust. Aside from Antonio Gates, Rivers does not have many options in the passing game, so Williams is going to get every opportunity to succeed.

Williams will not be available for long, so make sure you grab him immediately. Allen could be out a long time based on his reaction after being injured, so you need to get someone who is going to perform for the long-term. Williams will be that guy in San Diego.
