17. Philadelphia Eagles (via Minnesota Vikings): Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State

The Eagles picked up a first-round pick by trading Sam Bradford to the Vikings. With their selection here, the Eagles land a true difference maker on defense.

Raekwon McMillan is a fast and instinctive linebacker who is set to have a big-time season for Ohio State in 2016. He is one of the best defensive prospects in this draft class and would be an immediate difference maker for the Eagles.

18. Buffalo Bills: Malik McDowell, DL, Michigan State

Malik McDowell is a quick and powerful defensive lineman who has a seemingly limitless ceiling at the next level. McDowell has an incredible skillset that could make him an absolute force to be reckoned with.

McDowell is a bit raw as a prospect, but he could turn a strong 2016 into a high draft choice in 2017. The Bills do not really have a huge need up front, but McDowell is an impact player who would immediately make a difference for the team. Best player available here.

19. Houston Texans: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama

If O.J. Howard can capitalize on a strong National Championship Game last season, he is going to be in first-round consideration. Howard is an extremely active and athletic tight end who has massive upside at the position.

The Texans did a great job of remaking their offense over the offseason, but they are still weak at tight end. Howard will likely be the top guy in the 2017 class, making him a perfect fit for Houston.

20. Washington Redskins: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia

Another big-time running back prospect here. Nick Chubb is a powerful running back with explosive athletic upside. He is a balanced runner who can take it to the house from anywhere on the field.

Matt Jones has shown some upside for the Redskins, but Chubb is an incredible talent who would take their offense to the next level. Strong value pick here.
