21. Oakland Raiders: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida

Jarrad Davis is a fast and aggressive linebacker who has massive upside at the next level. He shows great natural instincts both against the run and the pass.

The Raiders’ defense is loaded with talent, but they are not set at the inside linebacker position. Adding Davis in the middle of that defensive mix would be incredibly dangerous.

22. New York Jets: Jamal Adams, S, LSU

Fantastic value for the Jets here as they land one of the best defensive playmakers in this draft class. Jamal Adams is an extremely athletic and rangy safety who will make an impact at the next level.

Could he be Todd Bowles’ next Tyrann Mathieu?

23. Dallas Cowboys: Carlos Watkins, DL, Clemson

A strong and stable force up front, Carlos Watkins is a sure-fire first-round prospect. He is not a flashy pass rusher, but Watkins has a combination of skills to be effective both in the pass rush and against the run.

24. Denver Broncos: Charles Harris, EDGE, Missouri

Charles Harris is a talented edge rusher with impressive upside. The Broncos love adding impact rushers to the mix, and Harris certainly fits that billing.

This pick may currently look like a bit of a reach, but Harris is a talented player who fits what the Broncos like to do in the draft.
