3. Les Miles

We all know that it’s coming — Les Miles is going to get a job again. Even though he was fired by LSU, Miles is still a very good football coach and it was just time for both parties to move on. Whomever he ends up with next will be very lucky to land him.

He’s not going to go coach at some small school in the middle of nowhere. He’s going to coach a big program and try to compete for the National Championship. Notre Dame is a place that should be doing what they can to go after Miles.

He will bring in the top talent and he will have Notre Dame competing immediately. They also won’t be going up against an SEC schedule every week and Miles will be able to scheme things a little differently.

If Notre Dame wants to take a risk on a coach on the rebound, Miles is the way to go. He has a wealth of experience and could be the right guy if they decide to against going with a coach that doesn’t have as much experience.
