4. Bill Musgrave

The Oakland Raiders are a young team on the rise in the NFL. That means that everyone is going to take a look at their coaching staff for potential hires after the season. The first guy that they’re going to look at is offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave.

The Raiders have been fantastic on offense this season and Derek Carr is slowly turning into one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Teams that want to start fresh will try and get Musgrave and hope that he can turn their team into the next dynamic offense.

The Bears are a team that are likely going to need a lot of help on offense. If they can draft a young quarterback with a high pick next year, then Musgrave could be the guy to lead the next wave. Rather than having a defensive guy at the helm, an offensive guy should definitely be considered.

If the Raiders are able to make the playoffs and go on a run, then the Bears will have plenty of competition for his services. They tried and failed with Marc Trestman, but they shouldn’t abandon going with someone offensive minded.
