High Value PG

Tyler Johnson-Miami Heat (5,600): Johnson had a rough game on Tuesday against Atlanta turning the ball over a season-high six times after totaling just seven turnovers in his first nine games without more than one turnover in any contest. He did have 14 points, but only added two rebounds, two assists, and a block to finish with 19.5 fantasy points. He has been alternating good games with bad over the last four contests with a pair of games over 30 fantasy points and a pair of games under 20 fantasy points. He’s a volatile option tonight and his playing time will be dramatically impacted by whether Goran Dragic returns from injury (questionable). With Josh Richardson back and playing well, Johnson will have to earn his time in the Miami backcourt when Dragic returns. With Dragic-∗ No Dragic-

Patrick Beverley-Houston Rockets (4,400): Beverley is expected to start and play 30 minutes or so for coach Mike D’Antoni and the Rockets tonight. He’s a flier since he hasn’t played at all yet this season, but I think he’ll end up being a good buy at this price once he gets his game in gear.∗∗

Jerian Grant-Chicago Bulls (3,500): Grant is sure to be widely owned tonight as the Bulls take on the Jazz in Utah. Grant started the Bulls’ last game in Portland and poured in 18 points and 35.75 fantasy points in his first start of the season. While Rajon Rondo’s ankle injury doesn’t appear to be serious, he does seem to be on the doubtful side of questionable after missing practice again yesterday. If Rondo is out, Grant will be a great start in Utah tonight.∗∗∗∗∗
