15. team. 26. The Ravens remained perfect when it came to beating their AFC North rivals. The 19-14 victory over the stubborn Bengals was once again far from a thing of beauty. But it featured the Baltimore defense making its share of key plays. They kept the heat on Cincinnati quarterback Andy Dalton, sacking him three times (twice by Terrell Suggs, once by Elvis Dumervil). He would fumble four times and lose two of those miscues. And that’s not to mention the numerous passes they batted down at the line of scrimmage. It was another so-so outing for quarterback Joe Flacco, but he did throw for 234 yards and a score (1 interception) and connect with nine different players.
Next Week: John Harbaugh’s club hosts one of the league’s hottest teams when the Miami Dolphins comes to town next Sunday. Adam Gase’s club has won six straight games following a 1-4 start. The 7-4 ‘Fins are in hot pursuit of the New England Patriots in the AFC East and have already topped last season’s win total.

Playoff hopes: Following four straight losses, the Ravens have responded with three victories in their last four outings. More significantly, Baltimore raised its record within the division this season to 4-0. The defense continues to get the job done and it looks like this will be a battle to the wire with the Steelers for AFC North supremacy.
. 6-5. Previous: . Baltimore Ravens
