High Value PG

Tyler Johnson-Miami Heat (4,900): Johnson returned from a one-game absence due to dental work last night against the Nuggets and ended up playing 28 minutes since the rest of the Heat are so banged up. He finished with a solid 18-2-7 line for 32.5 fantasy points and now has at least 32 fantasy points in three of his last four contests. With Justise Winslow, Josh Richardson, and Dion Waiters all out, Johnson will have to step up again tonight making him worth a look at under 5K even though he is in a tough matchup.∗∗

Patrick Beverley-Hsouton Rockets (4,600): Beverley has been playing great defense since re-joining the Rockets starting lineup and he’ll be on the floor as much as possible tonight to slow down Steph Curry. Beverley has also chipped in at the other end with over 29 fantasy points in two of his last four contests. On Tuesday, he only played 22 minutes but still had 6-6-3 for 18 fantasy points. The Warriors’ defense against opposing PG’s has improved lately, but Beverley is still a solid cheap play in what should be a high-scoring contest tonight.

D.J. Augustin-Orlando Magic (4,600): Augustin has been starting for the Magic, and he could get even more time tonight against Harrison  depending on the status of Elfrid Payton. Payton sprained an ankle, but X-Rays were negative leaving his status for tonight uncertain. Augustin doesn’t have the high ceiling that Andrew Harrison showed last night, but he has posted 11-2-5 for 21.5 fantasy points and 7-4-5 for 23.5 fantasy points in his last two contests since moving into the starting lineup. He’s a great value, and if Payton is out he’s almost a must-play. With Payton active-No Payton∗∗∗

Andrew Harrison-Memphis Grizzlies (4,400): Harrison started last night against the Raptors in place of the injured Mike Conley, and his salary is only under 4.5K because the results weren’t in until after price-points were set. Harrison played a massive 35 minutes and produced 36.5 fantasy points on 21-2-4 with three steals. He’ll continue to carry the load at PG for the Grizz as they come home tonight and face the Magic which are a much better matchup on paper than the Raptors were last night. ∗∗∗∗
