High Salary C

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (11,000): The Kings are in Dallas tonight to face the Mavs who don’t have Andrew Bogut or Dirk Nowitzki. Cousins should be able to carve them up like he did the Knicks on Sunday when he had 26-12-4 with three blocks for a massive 67.5 fantasy points. Although he has been somewhat buried under the rest of the statistical greatness going on this season, he has at least 65 fantasy points in three of his last four games and at least 53 fantasy points in six straight. If you’re going to build around a five-figure stud, he’s my top option for tonight.

Hassan Whiteside-Miami Heat (9,200): Whiteside posted 51.5 fantasy points last night against the Knicks on 23-14-1 with three blocks and a steal. He has at least 50 fantasy points in four of his last five now and is a solid bet to get to that neighborhood again tonight against the Hawks and Dwight Howard. He costs much less than Boogie, but he still brings potential for 50+ fantasy points.

Al Horford-Boston Celtics (6,700): Big Al has been a big risk since rejoining the Celtics. He has had big upside (over 41 fantasy points in five of his eight games) but also big busts (under 26 in two of those eight games). Tonight, Boston needs him to step up with IT4 out, but he still has to deal with the tough defense of Bismack Biyombo in Orlando’s starting five.
