Buffalo Bills. 18. team. 16. In case you were ever wondering for whom the bell tolls, we found out Sunday that it was the Buffalo Bills. The Pittsburgh Steelers ground attack rolled up 240 yards in a 27-20 victory at Orchard Park, all but four of those yards by running back Le’Veon Bell. He also scored all three touchdowns for his team as Rex Ryan’s club allowed 460 total yards on the afternoon. In fact, Bell gained 298 total yards from scrimmage by game’s end – 23 more than the Buffalo offense managed in the contest. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor was sacked five times and the NFL’s best ground attack finished with only 67 yards on 18 attempts.
Next Week: The Bills take on the winless Browns in the second of what is a three-game home stand. All told, Cleveland has dropped 16 consecutive games dating back to Week 15 of ’15. The Browns have also lost 11 straight contests away from home. And the franchise is an astounding 3-31 dating back to the final five games of 2014.

Draft Talk: It’s not an impossible situation but the Bills look like they will make it 18 straight years without a trip to the playoffs. So what can the team do to improve itself? The defense continues to be a disappointment and the team is counting on a healthy Reggie Ragland at inside linebacker in 2017. But Buffalo could use a little more beef on that defensive front.
. 6-7. Previous:
