Is this a surprise? It shouldn’t be. Alabama has been the most dominant program in the country for the past decade. When rival fans declare “We want ‘Bama,” you know the program has a huge target on its back.

It also shouldn’t be a surprise Alabama has made the most bowl games of all time with 59, and has won the most with 34.

Alabama has two Heisman winners. The first was Mark Ingram in 2009 and the latest was Derrick Henry in 2015.

“Would Alabama beat the Browns?” Questions like this have been posed over the past few years as the Crimson Tide continue to beat down opponents without mercy. They walloped Michigan State for the 2015 Cotton Bowl to make it to the national title, then won it all with a victory over Clemson.

That title gave Alabama its 16th claimed crown, the most in college football history, and the Tide now have 20 total. On top of that, they’ve won 30 conference titles — 26 in the SEC — and four national titles since 2009 under Nick Saban.

Saban has more rings than he knows what to do with and that’s an incredible recruiting pitch. That’s why he consistently gets the nation’s top players and why he’s in line for another national title in 2016 after yet another undefeated season.

Can anyone beat Alabama these days? It doesn’t look that way, but Washington, Clemson and Ohio State will give it their best shot.
