High Salary PG

Stephen Curry-Golden State Warriors (8,800): Curry has at least 48 fantasy points in each of his last four games and posted a solid 24-8-9 (points-rebounds-assists) in his last game on Tuesday when he carried some extra work while Klay Thompson got a rest day. Tonight, Curry and co. will take on the Pistons in another home game at ORACLE. The Warriors are rolling right now and Steph is turning in good numbers. I expect that to continue, but there’s always risk of a blowout or Durant taking over and leaving less for Steph.∗∗∗∗

Eric Bledsoe-PhoenixSuns (7,100): Bledsoe had been red hot lately and would be a must-own option if it wasn’t for a tough matchup against the Mavs who allow the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing PG so far this season. Bledsoe has at least 37 fantasy points in in six straight games and eight of his last nine. He had a monster 31-2-8 for 52 fantasy points against the Cavs on Sunday.

In Mexico City tonight, he’ll face Dallas’s D which has been a little more beatable recently, but is still holding opposing PG to an average of just 47.8 fantasy points per contest. The Suns and Mavericks played just a week ago and Bledsoe ended up with 26-0-7 for 38 fantasy points which is a solid night at this price point.∗∗

Jrue Holiday-New Orleans Pelicans (7,000): Holiday’s recent numbers haven’t been great, but I like him in a great matchup tonight against the Nets especially if he has to carry more of the load with Anthony Davis sidelined (questionable-hip). The Nets are allowing more fantasy points to opposing PG than any other team in the NBA, and Holiday can have big games when he’s at his best. Lately, though, he has been held to 30 fantasy points or fewerin three straight. He did post over 30 fantasy points in five of his six games prior to that, but if you roll with Holiday tonight, you’re banking on the matchup more than you are on his current form which has been so-so at best lately.∗∗

D’Angelo Russell-Los Angeles Lakers (6,200): If you want to rely more on recent form, check out Lakers PG D’Angelo Russell who has at least 32 fantasy points in seven straight and should be able to give it a go tonight despite jamming his finger in practice yesterday. The Lakers are in a rough matchup against the Spurs, but Russell has been playing well enough lately to still give him a look. Even in his last game on Tuesday when he only scored nine points he had 9-8-6 and added in three steals to still have 33.6 fantasy points. While it’s definitely not an ideal matchup, he’s one of the best mid-range options on the board tonight and I trust him more than Holiday, R-Jax, or Derrick Rose.∗∗∗∗
