High Value PG

Reggie Jackson-Detroit Pistons (6,600): If you have to spend under 7K on PG, there aere some solid options to consider starting with Reggie Jackson who has a good matchup tonight in the Motor City against the Kings who have given up more fantasy points to opposing PG over their last five games than any other team in the NBA. When they met last week, Jackson had 19-2-3  for 25.5 fantasy points in Sacramento, but he has been playing better since coming home to Detroit where he has over 35 fantasy points in each of his last two games.∗∗∗

George Hill-Utah Jazz (6,600): Another good option at 6.6K is George Hill who is coming off a huge “Revenge Game” against Indiana on Saturday. He had 30-6-5 for 48 fantasy points in that game giving him at least 26 fantasy points in seven of his last eight games. Tonight, he’ll take on Russell Westbrook which can actually be a good thing for opposing PG since the Thunder allow the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing PG.

Ty Lawson-Sacramento Kings (4,000): If you have to go really cheap at one of your guard slots, check out Lawson who has been productive when healthy coming off the Sacramento bench. He came back from his latest injury with 27 fantasy points on Friday night against the Grizzlies and then had 21.25 fantasy points in Chicago the next night. Lawson has at least 20 fantasy points in six of his last eight despite a few games where he was less than 100% due to injury.∗∗

Dejounte Murray-San Antonio Spurs (4,000): Murray has been impressive in his two starts for the Spurs while Tony Parker has been out. He’s expected to be out again tonight leaving Murray a great matchup against the Nets. No team in the NBA has allowed more fantasy points to opposing than the Nets, so look for Murray to build on his 24-2-2 for 32.5 fantasy points against Denver and his 24.5 fantasy points on 14-6-2 against the Cavs.∗∗∗
