4. Jack Doyle

Even more than Adams, Jack Doyle is the most important free agent piece that the Colts cannot see leaving this offseason. Last season Doyle ranked on the Colts in targets, catches, and yards. He added in five touchdowns as well in fourteen games.

On top of being a relied on pass catching tight end, Doyle is a sturdy blocker as well. On top of that, he has been known to be a great locker room guy. He is the complete package as a tight end player, and in just one season he became one of the most valuable players on the Colts entire offense. To see him go would be a devastating blow.

The Colts have $5 million tied up to Dwayne Allen, but Allen is more of a straight blocking threat than he is a receiving threat. Even still, if it meant cutting Allen to ensure that they could give Doyle more than what he is worth, it may be the right move to make. Doyle will be one of the higher prioritized tight end free agents this offseason, and with that he will demand a healthy contract. The Colts have the money, and before they go spending it elsewhere, they need to sure that Doyle is back in Indianapolis for the foreseeable future.
