The University of Arizona prepped for the upcoming baseball season by recreating the movie Major League in an amazing promotional video.

There’s no denying the Arizona Wildcats have one of the best baseball programs in NCAA history. They’ve won six conference championships, made 38 NCAA Tournament appearances and 17 College World Series appearances, and have won four national championships. They’ve got an impressive alumni list that includes Trevor Hoffman, J.T. Snow, Kenny Lofton and Terry Francona, and they’re ranked in the top 10 in all-time wins.

The Wildcats are currently coming off a 49-24 season and ranked 15th in the opening USA Today Coaches Poll for the 2017 season. But in my eyes, they’re greatest achievement is the promotional video they created in preparation for their season opener this Friday.

Arizona has played its home games at Hi Corbett Field and since 2011. If that name sounds familiar to some of you, perhaps it’s because the Colorado Rockies used the facility for their spring training camp from 1993 to 2010. And if it’s still not ringing a bell, perhaps you remember the Cleveland Indians holding camp there for more than four decades. When the movie Major League was being filmed, the filmmakers wanted the spring training scenes to look as authentic as possible and shot them right there at Hi Corbett Field, even using some University of Arizona players as extras.

So in preparation for the upcoming season, the Wildcats and their coaching staff decided to have a little fun and recreate some of the most iconic scenes from the movie. Just take a look at the video and tell me  a little part of you won’t be rooting for Arizona at some point this season. Well done, Wildcats, well done. And don’t worry: they didn’t use some of the, um, colorful language featured in the movie, so this is very much safe for work.

I told you it was awesome.
