4. Right Tackle

Jordan Mills is the clear weak spot on what could be a strong potential offensive line. Mills is a free agent this offseason, and with a decent reputation, and other teams hungry for any type of talent, he could see more money than the Bills would have thought to give him on an open market. Cyrus Kouandjio and Seantrel Henderson are both entering their fourth season, but both look like swing tackle and depth options. It is nice to have the depth, but now the Bills need a starter at right tackle.

Ricky Wagner also played with Rick Dennison for a brief stint when Dennison was in Baltimore. He is a free agent this offseason, and while he will be a prized one, he could be the Bills top target. Given the relationship he has with the offensive coordinator, it could come on a fairly reasonable deal. He is their best bet, and if they miss on him, they are looking at a name in the same tier as Mills or looking at the draft.

No way do you spend a top-10 pick on a right tackle, but in rounds 2-5 they should be hitting this area if Wagner does not come. They can use the young guy to compete with their depth and it may inspire Kouandjio, a former second-round pick to step his game up. Competition brings out talent and with three young names, the Bills may see a replacement emerge.
