Some of the bigger names of this year’s cornerback draft class are Alabama’s Marlon Humphrey, USC’s Adoree Jackson, and Washington’s Sidney Jones. Humphrey will likely be the first cornerback taken in this upcoming draft, possibly going as high as No. 5 to the Tennessee Titans.

Jackson and Jones are to some degree tweeners. They could go in the first round, and probably will, as their is not a great deal of elite cornerbacks at the top of this draft class. However, they should highlight the day two selections should they drop to round two.

Other players from this group to keep an eye on are San Diego State’s Damontae Kazee, Michigan’s Jourdan Lewis, and LSU’s Tre’Davious White. All three of these cornerbacks had their moments of excellence in the 2017 Reese’s Senior Bowl done in Mobile.
