Buffalo Bills – DeSean Jackson

The Buffalo Bills offense is rather one dimensional. While they had a very potent rushing attack, they averaged the fewest passing yards per game. The reason for this is because they didn’t have the guys necessary for Tyrod Taylor to have success throwing the ball. While his sample size is limited, when he has been good, it’s been when he has guys to throw deep to. DeSean Jackson is a perfect fit for the Bills. He’s an elite deep threat and, assuming the Bills re-sign Taylor, would add another dynamic to their offense.

Carolina Panthers – Andrew Whitworth

While the Carolina Panthers’ issues were plentiful last season, the biggest one was their offensive line. Cam Newton got hit far too many times. The easiest quick fix to this is signing Cincinnati Bengals left tackle Andrew Whitworth. Even at 36 years old, he is still among the best tackles in football. Carolina might not have much cap space, but Whitworth shouldn’t be too costly because of his old age.

Chicago Bears – A.J. Bouye

The Chicago Bears secondary struggled last season, giving up way too many yards. While the team has various issues, they have the cap space necessary to make a splash or two even if they bring back Jay Cutler. A.J. Bouye would be a huge addition to their defense. However, he’d also be expensive. That said, if the Bears are going to splurge on one NFL free agent this offseason, Bouye makes the most sense.
