High Value PG

T.J. McConnell – Philadelphia 76ers ($5500): Yesterday I said if Sergio Rodriguez sat out McConnell would likely play 30 minutes or more, and that came to fruition as he played 34.5. The Sixers really don’t have a backup point guard, and with Rodriguez shut down for at least a week McConnell makes for a nice value play once again. Both Philly and Atlanta are top-10 teams when it comes to pace, so McConnell will have ample opportunity to cruise past 30 FP again tonight.

Malcolm Brogdon – Milwaukee Bucks ($5100): Brogdon has been locked in of late and steadily getting 30 or minutes per game. He double-doubled against the Hornets last night with 14 points and 10 rebounds, and playing point guards that will have Isaiah Thomas guarding them is usually a solid move. The ceiling will never be all that high when in the lineup with Giannis and Middleton, but Brogdon is a steady supply of fantasy points at a value price.

Delon Wright – Toronto Raptors ($3600): Make that three straight games with 20 or more fantasy points for the former Pac-12 star. Wright is essentially the backup to Cory Joseph right now and it looks like his D-League days are a thing of the past. He played just 18 minutes against Orlando but still tallied 22.75 FP. He’ll likely get 20 or so minutes tonight, so enjoy him while you can before the price tag jumps up.

Patty Mills – San Antonio Spurs ($4000): Take a look at what Patty Mills has produced against the Dubs this season. He’s averaged 31.4 FP over two games in just 19 minutes per game. He’s also dropped 20 or more FP in three straight games. Pop’s minutes and Spurs bench players’ fantasy points can fluctuate, but Mills seems like he’s a solid play tonight.
