No. 4 – Mark Donnal

There are a lot of programs out there in the transfer market that need a microwave big man. This is someone who can come in for one season and help a program win games at the center position.

Mark Donnal fits that bill and would be a good addition to any program in the country. It was announced on March 27 that he would graduate and transfer out of the Michigan program to pursue his final year of eligibility with a different team.

This is a huge addition to the transfer market. Donnal was a big-time player for the Wolverines and someone who was highly touted coming out of high school. He was a four-star recruit who was the No. 93 player in the class of 2013.

In Donnal’s first season with Michigan they redshirted him. This was a good decision so they could have him around for an extra year. The following season he got to play in an average of 10.7 MPG. In this time he put up 3.4 points and 2.1 rebounds per game.

The following season was even better for Donnal. He managed to average 7.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in the 19.4 minutes he received per game. This production should have parlayed into a great senior campaign but he didn’t play as much. In his final season with the Wolverines, he put up 3.9 points and 2 rebounds in 12.2 minutes per game.

Donnal now hits the transfer market as a wanted man. He can bring a lot to a team and will be valuable to whoever gets him.

So far no one is reporting what schools are after Donnal, but he will be able to play immediately so that has to attract some big-time programs. He is a good player that could help a team immediately.
