The Washington State Cougars should have another good team in 2017. It’s also looking like the Cougars well be getting some new uniforms for the fall.
2016 was a solid year for the Washington State Cougars in the Pac-12 North. Mike Leach’s team had a shot at winning the division in the final weekend against arch rival Washington in the Apple Cup and quarterback Luke Falk could be something special in the 2018 NFL Draft.
Overall, the Cougars should be in good shape to contend for a division title this fall. However, winning the Pac-12 will be really tough because of the USC Trojans coming together in the Pac-12 South under head coach Clay Helton.
Well, at least the Cougars will look good this fall. They will have an array of many fresh looking uniforms for the upcoming season. Here’s what Washington State will be wearing in 2017.
While Washington State doesn’t have the most eye-popping of color schemes, some of these combinations look tremendous. When the Cougars go all-out with the Crimson, look out. That’s a whole bunch of red coming at you with the Leach Air Raid.
The all-anthracite may be the best of the half-dozen Washington State dropped on their Twitter account on Wednesday. Usually grayish uniforms are kind of bland, but these really pop. It’ll be interesting to see when the Cougars will go all anthracite this fall.
