$9,000-$10,000

Sergio Garcia ($10,000)
You obviously have to include Sergio Garcia after he captured The Masters for the first time in his illustrious career. He’s continued playing well overall, finishing in the top 30 in each of his three tournaments since. He’s a constant veteran that should play well at the US Open. Wouldn’t it be magical for him to go 2-for-2 at majors to start 2017?

Justin Rose ($9,800)
At the first major of the year at Augusta, Justin Rose went to a playoff with Garcia, ultimately losing (obviously). However, that’s his fourth top-10 finish of the year and the sixth time that he’s finished in the top 15 on the PGA Tour this season. He’s an elite player that could again show up with a massive score at Erin Hills.

Hideki Matsuyama ($9,600)
Hideki Matsuyama has been one of the more consistent players on tour this season, and is still relatively good value on DraftKings all things considered. He has two victories to his credit right now. What’s more, he has a second-place finish on his resume as well. He finished tied for 11th at The Masters and should have another strong showing at the second major.

Henrik Stenson ($9,300)
Playing on the PGA Tour hasn’t been particularly kind to Henrik Stenson this season. He’s missed the cut in four of the six tournaments that he’s played stateside tto this point. In the two tournaments in which he made the cut, however, he’s finished tied for seventh and tied for 16th. In addition to playing well in Europe, he’s a veteran capable of a high level of play. He should be able to come through at the US Open and be in top form rather than repeating his disappointing outings.
