9. Michael Carter Williams, Charlotte Hornets + Sage

All puppies are cute. But Sage, Michael Carter Williams’ Rhodesian Ridgeback, she’s one of the cutest puppies I’ve ever laid eyes on. I mean just look at those ears. The good looks didn’t wear off with age, either. Sage has remained beautiful through her teen years. And while most of that is likely genetics, we’re confident some of it can be attributed to Michael who is a wonderful dog dad.

What we know for sure about Sage is that she loves to play around, especially tug-o-war and keep away. Sage also likes to sing. And she’s got a good-looking group of dog friends to hang with, too.

We also know that she’s athletic and loves sports, just like her pops. Baseball anyone? How about some yoga. Sage has perfected her downward dog. Sage even helps MCW with his handles. Her agility and alertness make her an impressive defender, quite frankly rivaling some MCW’s NBA colleagues.

She loves a good celebration, as well. Particularly when avocados, tacos and maracas are involved. We hope you’re celebrating National Dog Day with as much enthusiasm as you do Cinco de Mayo, because, #fun! Follow Sage at @sage_the_ridgeback to keep up on her adventures with MCW and friends.
