Harold Landry

EDGE, Boston College

Harold Landry and the Boston College defense helped push the team to a tough win on the road over Northern Illinois on Friday night. Landry finished the game with six tackles, and one pass deflection. He didn’t have any the sacks he is known for, but it was a nice outing in a defensive slug fest.

For sack artists, they tend to happen in bunches at times and Landry should break out soon with a game where he racks up a bunch. Landry will get a chance to get things going on that front when they host fellow conference opponent, Wake Forest to town.

Landry had one of his biggest games last year against Wake Forest. He finished that game with a whopping three sacks and was just about everywhere on the field for a Boston College defense that finished the year strong.

At home and with an offense he’s comfortable against, this should be a huge upcoming week for his draft stock. It won’t just be in the sacks department either. He’ll get his tackles and tackles for loss as well.
