6. Dion Lewis

Despite us all as fantasy football players claiming that Bill Belichick and the Patriots are impossible to predict, there is one thing that we can predict. They always surprise you with which playmakers have the biggest games.

In this case with New England having used Mike Gillislee, James White and Rex Burkhead and very little Dion Lewis so far (only six rushing attempts for 23 yards and one catch for 11), it might be Lewis’s time to step up and get involved. When Lewis faced the Houston Texans In the playoffs last season, he was absolutely outstanding and scored in three different ways — on the ground, through the air and as a return man, New England are the kings of match ups, and they will look to utilize that once again against Houston.

Rex Burkhead picked up a knock against the Saints and is likely to miss the game, so their running backs who are able to split out wide and get involved in the passing game are even more valuable than they ever have been. Lewis has the chance to have his 2017 break out this weekend against the Texans.
