5. Troy Trojans after LSU upset

One of the biggest upsets of the week still isn’t getting enough credit. Troy was a 20.5-point underdog against LSU heading into a Week 5 matchup in Baton Rouge, but that didn’t stop the Trojans. After racing out to a 24-7, the game was all but over. LSU tacked on two late touchdowns, but the Trojans pulled off the mammoth upset.

This isn’t exactly a coach’s quote, but it deserves some major recognition. Just check out the awesome troll job by the Troy University Twitter account after the Trojans marched into Baton Rouge to steal a win on Homecoming from the LSU Tigers.

I mean, that’s an all-time great troll by Troy. The Trojans weren’t even expected to be in the game and LSU was treating it as a layup before conference play heated up, but you have to think both teams were surprised by the final result.

The Trojans have had a strong start to their season and the team from the Sun Belt may just be one of the best Group of Five programs in 2017. Their only loss was to Boise State in the season opener. Can LSU rebound from the loss and this troll job?
