4. Nick Saban on reporters not using microphones correctly

Another week, another Alabama blowout. This time, it was Ole Miss that fell victim to the Crimson Tide’s angry play. The Tide have been playing with a purpose all season long and Vanderbilt felt the wrath last week and this week it was the Rebels. That didn’t stop Nick Saban from being his intense self.

Saban was his typical self after the game in the press conference. He spoke with the media and some described him as “salty” or “cranky” even after a 63-point win, which isn’t the most surprising news from the weekend.

Although this isn’t a quote, you can just picture Saban yelling at reporters for not speaking loudly enough into the microphone. Never change, Nick.

Alabama could win by 100 or lose on a last-second play and Saban will always have the same type of personality. Sure, he probably has highs and lows, but his team gets to see him break out of his shell in the locker room, the media does not.
