Oakland Raiders / Draymond Green Flex

This one’s easy and obvious for about 100 different reasons. Green’s NBA team, the Golden State Warriors, play (for now) in Oakland. Green and a particularly notable Raider, oft-noted for disregarding NFL convention, are noted best buds. Which is to say, Marshawn Lynch adopting the Draymond Green Flex celebration would be so natural as to not even be…notable.

And, it appears we have photographic evidence of Lynch flexing one arm, so we need merely for him to get his other arm up at the same time and the NBA-NFL celebration crossover train is moving.

Los Angeles Rams / Nick Young 3-Point Goggles

Yes, Nick Young is a Warrior now and so his local NFL team options should, in theory, be limited to the Raiders (spoken for) and the 49ers. However, Young is heretofore best known as a Los Angeles Laker and the NBA season hasn’t officially started and the almost-appropriateness of this match-up forces an exception.

The Rams, as of this writing, lead the league in field goals made, and, sure, all of those attempts were for extra points, meaning none of them were for the 3 points that would make a 3-point goggle celebration at all relevant, but still. In theory, the LA Rams would be the perfect team to pay homage to Swaggy P.
