10. Lonzo Ball & Kyle Kuzma

Think of rookies Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma as a duo that may end up being the best rookie tandem the NBA has seen in quite some time. The team was signed to a developmental deal at a very young age, spent a little time in NXT (we’ll go with the NCAA as NXT for this article’s sake), and is now looking to make a name for themselves on the main roster.

Now, we don’t know exactly how these two will fare in real competition against seasoned pros, but from what we’ve seen at house shows (preseason games), Ball and Kuzma could be an extremely exciting pair. They’re young, they’re fast and could be a team to watch for a long time. It might take them a while to get to a point where they could win the tag team titles (NBA championship) but it’s going to be fun watching them climb that ladder. They’re going to have some rough nights as both are still very green, but the raw (come on, that’s too good) talent is there.

There’s obviously another side to this. Most wrestlers that come into NXT or WWE have some problems with the promo part of things. They’re awkward and everything still sounds scripted, but there’s a solution to that problem, isn’t there? I’m quite certain you already know where I’m going with this. A young team with little experience needs a mouthpiece, much like Paul Ellering does with The Authors of Pain. Enter LaVar Ball. We’ve already seen he can work a mic in a WWE ring, and adding him to this duo only makes sense.
