25. Trevor Siemian (Prev: 24)

Plenty of Broncos fans are clamoring for Brock Osweiler. What else has to be said? In fairness to Siemian, though, Denver has no offensive line. The Broncos have allowed 22 sacks.

24. Josh McCown (Prev: 25)

McCown threw one of the worst interceptions of the season in the fourth quarter on Sunday, turning a potential win into a sure defeat. For the year, McCown has 10 touchdowns against seven interceptions along with 1,583 yards.

23. Matt Moore (Prev: NA)

Moore should be the starter moving forward. The Dolphins are going nowhere fast with Jay Cutler and while Moore is average, that’s better than what they’ve been getting.

22. Jacoby Brissett (Prev: 22)

If Brissett wasn’t being sacked 10 times, he might be a good quarterback. However, he’s throwing for less than a 60 percent completion rate with three touchdowns and three picks. Nothing special.
