21. Cam Newton (Prev: 18)

Newton is having a bad year, showcased by 10 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. If the former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL MVP could find his game, the Panthers would be very dangerous.

20. Tyrod Taylor (Prev: 20)

Taylor hasn’t been anything special, but he’s been just enough to have Buffalo at 5-2. The Bills are reliant on their defense and LeSean McCoy, while Taylor game-manages his way to 1,343 yards, ranking 27th in the league.

19. Eli Manning (Prev: 19)

Manning comes off the bye and simply hopes to survive the rest of the campaign. The two-time Super Bowl champ has to be wondering where it all went wrong with the losses of Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall.

18. Jameis Winston (Prev: 16)

Winston is done getting the benefit of the doubt from me. He’s thrown six interceptions and fumbled eight times. He’s killing a talented Buccaneers team.

17. Andy Dalton (Prev: 17)

Dalton and the Bengals barely, BARELY beat the Colts at home. At what point do you start to wonder about whether Dalton has topped out both individually and from a team standpoint?
