25. Matt Moore (Prev: 23)

Moore was awful against the Baltimore Ravens, losing 40-0. It’s tough seeing Moore start another game if Jay Cutler is healthy, and that’s all you need to know.

24. Drew Stanton (Prev: 26)

We know what Stanton is. he’s a veteran backup who can play somewhat, but not do enough to keep the Cardinals anywhere near real contention.

23. Josh McCown (Prev: 24)

McCown has completed 70 percent of his throws, but the seven interceptions are too high. However, throwing for 7.24 yards per attempt? Not shabby.

22. Jacoby Brissett (Prev: 22)

Brissett has some tools, but the Colts are rancid. Rancid to the point that Brissett really has no chance of making plays unless T.Y. Hilton gets wide open. Still, tough to get excited about a 60.4 completion rate with five touchdowns and four interceptions.
