1. You’re playing in the SEC Championship, so let’s Go Dawgs!

What’s one thing the Dawgs have that the Tigers don’t? A ticket punched to Atlanta. The Dawgs have already clinched the SEC East division title and will play the winner of the SEC West in the 2017 SEC East Championship Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Dec. 2.

Auburn still has to beat the archrival No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide to have any shot at getting to Atlanta for a rematch with the Dawgs. You know that Georgia will be fuming when they play presumably either Alabama or Auburn in the SEC Championship Game in a few weeks.

Keep in mind that Georgia hasn’t won the SEC since 2005. The Dawgs haven’t even played in an SEC Championship Game since the infamous 2012 game against Alabama. Georgia can safely say that it will play the winner of the Iron Bowl (Alabama vs. Auburn) in that conference championship.

Yes, losing to Auburn sucks because it always sucks. However, Georgia has punched its ticket to play for a conference championship and Auburn still has its biggest rivalry game to decide it. Here’s to the Dawgs bullying Big Blue Nation and Wrecking Tech to get to Atlanta at 11-1 (7-1) to beat either Alabama or Auburn to make their first trip to the College Football Playoff as SEC Champions.
