High Salary PG

Goran Dragic, MIA at CHI ($7,300): Dragic had 39.5 fantasy points against the Timberwolves and 40.75 points against the Celtics. He’s on a roll right now and the only concern in this one is that it gets out of hand early. Dragic will post a solid statline for as long as he plays, but may not play long enough to reach 35+ fantasy points. ****

Spencer Dinwidde, BKN at MEM ($7,000): The Grizzlies have lost seven straight. If the Nets are going to make it eight, they need a big game from Dinwiddie. The Brooklyn point guard at 43 fantasy points against the Blazers. The Grizzlies have struggled in all areas without Mike Conley. Dinwiddie gets his shots and assists in the Nets offense, which should lead to a strong afternoon. ****

High Value PG

Mike James, PHO at MIN ($4,300): James’ minutes have continued to fluctuate over the last couple of weeks and so have his performances. He had 18.75 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Nov. 11, which isn’t great, but was more than the 16.25 fantasy points Tyler Ulis had in that one. On a slow day with very few high-end players, you shouldn’t have to reach this low, but James is more reliable despite being the backup. ***

Mario Chalmers, MEM vs BKN ($6,000): The Grizzlies aren’t winning, but Chalmers is putting up respectable fantasy numbers in the place of Conley. He’s been over his 21.3 FPPG average in six straight games. The Nets defense is 26th in the league. Chalmers can do a little bit of everything and certainly gets his opportunities to score. ****
