High Salary Centers

Tyler Seguin, DAL at NSH ($8500): Game flow will be fast and averaging 17.5 fantasy points per game make the price for Seguin fair with a high floor and huge upside. With all of the studs in action tonight this one is the most consistent, he’s a lock.

Steven Stamkos, TB vs. NYI ($8500): Stamkos ranks second in the league in points on the season. You can take your pick, FanDuel has made it easy to swap Seguin and Stamkos by pricing them the same. Lock one of the two with a small edge to Seguin as he should see a back-up goaltender tonight.

Mark Scheifele, WPG at DET ($8100): First of all, Detroit got torched last game out, they will be ready to play tonight but it’s hard to stop a freight train. Three out of the last four games, Scheifele netted over 25.1 fantasy points average per game. Use him with some caution as he might be highly owned as a pivot from the top two guys from above.

High Value Centers

Kyle Turris, NSH at DAL ($5200): Simply put this is the best upside value play on the slate tonight. Turris is getting all of the ice and power play time due to the injury to Ryan Johansen. All stats aside, for the price he is a must play if you want the salary relief needed for the big guns.

Brayden Point, TB vs. NYI ($5000): This play depends on the line matching that Tampa goes with. Point centers the second line and sees a lot of the second and third line of opposing teams, he is a solid high-value low owned cheap play from this target game, also he has a linemate named Nikita Kucherov.

Tyler Johnson, TB vs. NYI ($4100): Johnson is really a winger and FanDuel still lists him as a center. He plays on the top line with Steven Stamkos and the price is just too low for this upside. Try to fit him or Turris into your lineup, however, steer clear of pairing them together.
