High Value PG

Cory Joseph, IND vs DEN ($5,200): With Darren Collison possibly being sidelined, Joseph will move into the starters role and see an increase in usage. He’s been good in recent games, hitting 20+ fantasy points in two of his last three. He needs 22 fantasy points to hit value, which should happen if he starts. The Nuggets are a bad defensive team on the road and high-powered Pacers offense ensures that Joseph sees plenty of opportunities to score. ****

Reggie Jackson, DET vs BOS ($5,900): Jackson struggled against the Warriors, posting only 19.6 fantasy points. He had 32.5 fantasy points on Nov. 27 against the Celtics, which should boost the confidence of potential owners. He’s rebounding well lately, but his low scoring and assist numbers are a bit troubling. He needs 25 fantasy points to hit value. While the Celtics have the top defense in the league, they are 16th against the position in their last 15 games. ***

Yogi Ferrell, DAL at MIN ($4,000): Dennis Smith Jr. is scheduled to miss Sunday’s contest, which means Ferrell takes over as the starter. He’s been more miss than hit this season, only hitting value in 48 percent of contests. However, the Minnesota defense ranks 28th in the league and they are 14th against the position in their last 15 games. Ferrell will have plenty of opportunities to get his numbers in this one. His low salary makes him a cost-saving option who should be nicely above value. ****
