High Salary PG

Damian Lillard, POR vs PHI ($8,400): Lillard has been out a week with a hamstring issue, but he’s been cleared to play on Thursday. The extra week of rest may do him some good. Lillard missed value in his last game against the Spurs, but even he admitted that he was a decoy late in the game. Assuming he’s healthy, he should be able to hit value given the matchup. The Sixers are 21st against the position in their last 15 games. Lillard has been a consistent play throughout the season, posting a dud game in just three percent of contests. The injury issue worries me a bit, but not enough to say he’ll underperform. ****

Kyrie Irving, BOS vs HOU ($8,000): Irving was back at value on Wednesday night, dropped 36.5 fantasy points against the Hornets. The Rockets are 28th against the position in their last 15 games, making this a good matchup for Irving. His scoring has remained down a bit, but he’s making that value up with assists and not turning it over. Irving should be around value in this one and may go above 40 fantasy points if this one becomes a shoot out. ***

Eric Bledsoe, MIL vs MIN ($7,100): The Bucks have struggled in recent weeks, but Bledsoe has been a consistent fantasy play. He’s hit value in four straight games, including a 55.25 fantasy point effort against the Hornets. The Timberwolves are strong against the position, ranking fourth against point guards in their last 15 games. However, their overall defense isn’t great and they are on a back-to-back. Bledsoe has been a reliable play on the Bucks all season and that should continue on Thursday. ***
