FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 29, 2017
High Salary PG
Russell Westbrook, OKC vs MIL ($11,500): Westbrook has been 8+ fantasy points over value in every game during the Thunder’s six-game win streak. He’s getting his typical scoring numbers, while contributing with high numbers in assists and rebounds. On top of all that, he’s making multiple defensive plays. If the Bucks show any signs of fatigue on their back-to-back, Westbrook will shred them on Friday. He had 35 fantasy points in 27 minutes against them on Oct. 31. As long as this game is competitive and Westbrook plays his usual amount of minutes, he’ll produce his typical big game. *****
Kyle Lowry, TOR vs ATL ($8,300): Lowry has been over value despite the Raptors post back-to-back losses to the Mavericks and Thunder. A return to Toronto and a matchup with the Hawks bodes well for Lowry’s chances at a big fantasy night on Friday. The Hawks are 20th against the position in their last 15 games. Lowry can put up numbers in all categories. DeMar DeRozan went cold during this two-game losing streak. If he’s knocking down his shots, Lowry’s value increase as his playmaking partner. ****
Kris Dunn, CHI vs IND ($8,100): The Pacers look to be vulnerable following the Christmas break and the absence of Victor Oladipo doesn’t help their issues. Meanwhile, the Bulls continue to play well since the return of Nikola Mirotic. A big part of Chicago’s recent success is owed to Dunn, who has hit value in 81 percent of games since Nov. 28. He’s averaging 34.8 fantasy points in two games against the Bulls this season. ***
