Penn State. Saquon Barkley. 4. player. 53. . Running Back

Thanks to the trade they made with the Houston Texans during the 2017 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns will pick twice in the first four picks. While that is pretty incredible, the hope is that this new regime will not bumble the picks, much like their predecessors have. The expectation is that they will bring in a quarterback with the top pick, the No. 4 pick could come in the form of a number of different players.

During his time at Penn State, Saquon Barkley established himself as one of the best overall players in college football. Whether he was catching passes out of the backfield, toting the rock, or returning kicks, Barkley helped put Penn State football back on the map. This past week, Barkley made himself eligible for the 2018 NFL Draft, and he would be a great selection at No. 4.

The Browns do not have much in terms of a running game, or an offense to tell the truth. Their defense actually was not half day this season, so getting a couple of offensive playmakers early in round one would make a lot of sense. Barkley is going to be a stud at the next level, and with Josh Gordon back at being one of the top wideouts in the AFC North, this Browns team could look a lot different next season.
