RAW Tag Team Championship Match

Jason Jordan & Seth Rollins (c) vs. Sheamus & Cesaro

In yet another chapter with Seth Rollins taking on Sheamus and Cesaro, we’ve got this match for the RAW Tag Team Championship. But instead of Dean Ambrose alongside him, he’s got Jason Jordan. The new duo won the titles from The Bar on Christmas night and we’re set for the automatic rematch at the Royal Rumble.

The build for this has been entertaining enough, but it’s about time for this to come to a head. Sheamus and Cesaro have been a great team and will certainly have their chance to win many more tag titles down the line, and outside of the prediction for this match, I predict that a move to the blue brand is in their future.

As for Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan, they haven’t exactly been on the same page since Kurt Angle put them together. Jordan trying to join up with The Shield did provide for some pretty good comedy, but this is a case of creative having to come up with something on the fly when Ambrose went down with an injury. For the most part, they’ve done a decent job as they’re both great athletes and the matches they’ve had together have been entertaining.

Prediction: If they want to keep the Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan storyline going, there’s no choice but to keep the tag titles on them. Otherwise, they have no reason to interact with one another and Jordan would likely just move back down the card. With Rollins not having Ambrose around to build toward WrestleMania, he’s kind of stuck right now as well, so I predict that Rollins and Jordan retain.
