High Value PG

Dejounte Murray, SA vs HOU ($5,900): Murray continues to impress as the Spurs starter. He had 20 fantasy points in 17 minutes against the Rockets on Dec. 15. He’s going to play more than 17 minutes in this one and I expect his production to follow suit. If Chris Paul is out, that will make Murray’s job much easier as he won’t be hounded by Paul on defense. Even if Paul plays, his salary remains low enough to where he’s a strong play who should be over value. ****

Jamal Murray, DEN vs OKC ($5,700): Murray has been over value in five of his last six. He’s coming off a 32.5 fantasy point performance against the Spurs. He’s played poorly in two games against the Thunder this season, averaging 17.1 fantasy points. But you can throw the first game out the window as it was early in the season and I’m willing to chalk the second up to a bad night. He should be in for around 30 fantasy points in this contest. ****

Malcolm Brogdon, MIL at MIN ($5,300): If Eric Bledsoe is indeed out, that should do wonders for Brogdon’s value. He’s failed to crack 20 fantasy points in two of his last three, but this is a good matchup and the circumstances dictate that he will be over the 23.4 fantasy points he needs to hit value on Thursday. If Bledsoe plays, I don’t him quite as much and would look towards Ish Smith ($5,500) is a possible option. But I love Brogdon without Bledsoe. ****
