DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 7, 2018
High Value PG
Dejounte Murray, SA at PHO ($5,800): Murray has missed value in his last two, but should have an easier time against the Suns. Phoenix is not only a back-to-back, but they rank 28th against point guards in their last 15 games and still have the worst defense in the league. If Murray doesn’t hit value in this one, then it might be time to ignore him until he proves himself again. But give him one more game against a lowly Phoenix squad. ****
Jeff Teague, MIN at CLE ($5,700): Teague has missed value in four of his last five. His one hit came against Milwaukee, when he was .7 fantasy points over value. He has not been great in recent contests, but we’re talking about the Cavaliers on a back-to-back. He needs 25.4 fantasy points to hit value on Wednesday. Take all the Timberwolves against Cleveland and trust that the Cavaliers are going to look as bad as they typically do in back-to-back situations. ****
Cory Joseph, IND at NO ($4,600): Despite drawing the start in place of Darren Collison on Monday, Joseph struggled against the Wizards. He had 15.5 fantasy points in 36 minutes. The Pelicans are a much easier matchup and, if Victor Oladipo is able to play, he’ll have a much easier time on offense. Even if Oladipo doesn’t play, Joseph is better than he showed on Monday and will have a bounce back performance against a Pelicans team that ranks 26th against the position in their last 15 games. ***
