2. West Brom vs. Southampton

There are two all-Premier League ties, one of which sees Southampton travel to The Hawthorns to face West Brom. The Baggies had one of the biggest results of the last round when they knocked out Liverpool, winning 3-2 at Anfield.

Alan Pardew’s time in charge of West Brom hasn’t been too successful so far but that result was definitely the best. His side have lost their last three matches and they don’t have a great record against Southampton at home.

Southampton feel like one of the most consistent sides in the Premier League, however that’s not necessarily a compliment. The Saints have had very impressive runs of forms in recent season, but they always supplement those with losses to teams that they should be beating.

This tie is probably one of the hardest to call this weekend, as both squads can match each other in every part of the pitch. The likes of Sofiane Boufal and Dusan Tadic can win a game like this for Southampton while Jay Rodriguez has the ability to take West Brom through to the next round.
