3. Corey Graham

The Eagles have a lot invested in their top two safeties, Malcolm Jenkins and Rodney McLeod, so maybe they will be reluctant to give a third safety starter money.

However, Philadelphia featured more and more “Big Nickel” packages as the postseason went along with Jenkins, McLeod and Graham all on the field together against the opposing offense’s base personnel. Like Jenkins, Graham has cornerback experience and his versatility is very valuable to the Eagles. Graham can line up against tight ends, receiving backs or slot receivers.

But as is the case with the other two Eagles free agents soon to be listed here, there will be a market for the rock-solid Graham outside of Philadelphia. And with as much as the Eagles have invested in their fantastic defensive line, can they pay three safeties? Plus, Graham is 32-years-old and while he didn’t show it in 2017, could be declining soon.
