High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC at PHO ($11,800): The Suns are 25th against point guards in their last 15 games. Plus, they are the Suns. Westbrook has had only one triple-double since the All-Star break. That changes on Friday. He posted 61 fantasy points against the Suns on Jan. 7. He needs 55.3 fantasy points to reach value. The game will be close, but if it’s not, it just means Westbrook got busy in a hurry. Either way, he’ll push 60 fantasy points in this one as he collects another triple-double. *****

Lou Williams, LAC vs NY ($8,100): The Knicks are second against point guards in their last 15 games, but they’re still the Knicks and on the road. Williams wasn’t good against the Rockets, but you can chalk that up to the back-to-back after expending a lot of energy the night before. Plus, the Rockets are arguably the best team in basketball this season. Williams will easily bounce back on Friday, going back over 40 fantasy points without much issue. ****

Donovan Mitchell, UTA vs MIN ($7,500): Mitchell had 45.5 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Nov. 13. That game was too long ago to mean much, but it does show the kind of damage Mitchell can do. His prospects are good on Friday given that Minnesota are on a back-to-back and remain without their best defender. Mitchell needs 35.2 fantasy points to reach value. He should be over 40 fantasy points thanks to a big scoring night and solid numbers in the other categories. *****
