FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 4, 2018
High Value PG
Dennis Smith Jr., DAL vs NO ($6,200): Smith Jr. has been over value in his last three games. He’s broken out of the mini-slump that he was in following the All-Star break and has been over 30 fantasy points in his last two games. He needs 27.4 fantasy points to hit value on Sunday. He had 44 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Dec. 29. New Orleans still struggles to defend the perimeter and Smith Jr. has the skills to burn them. ***
De’Aaron Fox, SAC vs NY ($6,000): Fox has been over value in three straight. He’s coming off a 29.3 fantasy point effort against the Jazz on Saturday. He needs 26.6 fantasy points to hit value on Sunday. The Kings are on a back-to-back, which would be a bit more concerning if they weren’t playing the Knicks. Fox has been inconsistent in back-to-back games, but this is a matchup where he can be over value. Expect him to push 30 fantasy points. ***
Emmanuel Mudiay, NY at SAC ($5,400): The Kings are 26th against the position in their last 15 games and on a back-to-back. Mudiay missed value against the Clippers, posting 21.1 fantasy points in that contest. He remains a solid low cost option because somebody has to produce at point guard for the Knicks. Given that Mudiay is the starter, he remains the better option over Trey Burke. The matchup is good for Mudiay and he should be around 25 fantasy points. ***
