Which fast food joint most accurately represents your NFL team?
Atlanta Falcons – KFC
You can’t watch a show without seeing an advertisement for KFC. They have 10 different celebrities as the Colonel, including their non-celebrity celebrity disguised to promote their value meal. KFC Colonel’s are the “Atlanta blew a 28-3 lead” of fast food commercials.
Here’s what I don’t get about KFC. Why are they sharing stores with Taco Bell?
There is a KFC/Taco Bell up the street from me and I don’t understand it one bit. Fried chicken and tacos don’t go together. You put beef in tacos. Maybe grilled chicken. No one, ever, should have a fried chicken taco. The KFC/Taco Bell partnership is just as confusing to me as the Atlanta Falcons.
The Falcons have a lot of offensive weapons. Their main offensive weapon is a guy by the name of Julio Jones. He’s either the best receiver in the league or the second best, if you incorrectly believe Antonio Brown is above him.
When you have the best receiver in the league, you should probably throw him in the ball more often than not. However, for some reason, the Falcons want to stop making fried chicken and want to partner with Taco Bell. They inexplicably go away from Julio Jones in the red zone. He finished 2017-18 with just three touchdowns. 1,400 yards and only three touchdowns. When Matt Ryan wonders why he finished with 20 touchdowns this season, he’ll know it’s because he couldn’t get the ball to Julio Jones in the red zone.
Stop partnering with Taco Bell, KFC and start throwing more touchdowns to Julio Jones, Matt Ryan.
