Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo took the best prom photo ever

It’s was one special night for the Chicago Cubs’ Bricks and Ivy Event to help support Cubs Charities. But that wasn’t the only special thing that took place.

For the Chicago Cubs, it was a special night for the 8th annual Bricks and Ivy Ball. From Cubs’ players to coaches, front office personnel and alumni–it was all in good spirits. But there was one thing that the players and coaches didn’t count on. It was the one thing that had to go right.

That’s right. Bryzzo.

Sufficed to say, Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo went above and beyond the call of duty. In fact, they may have quickly set themselves aside as the No. 1 item in all of baseball. Look out, Bryce Harper. You’ve got your work cut out for you with Rizzo and Bryant.

It’s no secret that the ‘Bryzzo’ romance is a hard one to crack. Even with Harper pledging his undying love for Wrigley Field Bryant. But the love that they share has no boundaries. And that’s why they can share their joy with all of those around.

It is, of course, all fun and games with these two. Bryant and Rizzo formed a camaraderie when Bryant first arrived in Chicago–and it’s been going ever since then.

While Bryant has gotten off to a fast start this season, Rizzo is a little bit slow getting going. He also was on the 10-day DL with a stiff back, so he hasn’t had the opportunity just yet. But Rizzo is known to be a slow starter and should pick it up come by June.

For Bryant? Well, he’s just taking it all in with his boy, Rizzo. Someone pointed out Kyle Schwarber in the picture. But he’s not the one I would be concerned about. Did anyone else notice Ian Happ? Yikes.
