Hulk Hogan recently spoke to The Buffalo News about rumors of a possible return to the WWE after years away.

There was much speculation on whether or not wrestling legend Hulk Hogan would be returning to the WWE, especially when it was reported that the Saudi royal family wanted Hogan to return at the Greatest Royal Rumble PPV that happened last month. Despite this, Hogan made it clear during an interview with the The Buffalo News that he is not with WWE at the moment. He did however, claim he still wants to return to the company real soon.

“Until you hit a home run, it’s not a home run, Hogan said. “All these things say it’s imminent or rumors, that’s like saying ‘maybe, possibly, could be.’ Until I’m back home with the WWE, I’m not home. Hopefully someday I can go back home and be with my family, the wrestlers and all the people I love. I just really, really hope it happens.”

Hogan also talked about the leaked racist tirade that got him fired years ago in the same interview, in which he stated that he’s made mistakes that people shouldn’t judge him on.

“People know me. I’m human being like anybody else, and sometimes, people make mistakes. When they do, you watch that person a little bit more closely than you did before to see what kind of person they really are. I just want people to judge me by my actions, not a few misspoken words. To those few fans who feel (hurt), I’m forever sorry, and I’ll do whatever I can to make them feel comfortable with me.”

However, it seems that there’s a much better dialogue between the two parties, with WWE recently praising the speech he did at the Boys and Girls Club of America. So it seems there is a possibility he’ll be back, but the question is when..
