All eyes are on Vegas right now, and that includes on prep days. City National Area continues to be flooded this postseason as the Golden Knights get ready for Game 2.

Standing room only!

The Vegas Golden Knights continue to pack the stands for practices. Yes, we’re talking practice.

The hottest ticket in hockey means fans try to see the team where and whenever they can. It’s all about showmanship, and when it comes to the Stanley Cup Final, Vegas just does it better.

People line up out the doors to see this team practice at City National Arena and they continue to hit capacity crowds. The show doesn’t stop at T-Mobile Arena; people just want to see this team skate.

Especially after a Game 1 that saw four lead changes, an empty netter and a pregame for the ages, the Golden Knights continue to give the people of Las Vegas and tourists alike the best bang for their buck. I mean, they did launch cannonballs at the Capitals. Cannonballs.

But let’s talk practice again. I mean, look at practice before the Cup Final began.

This is a really fun period for hockey. The debate rages on for how people feel about what this does for the sport. All I know is that buzz is good and this has been fun the entire way around. We’ve got the most interesting two-sided Stanley Cup Final in quite a long time and one half of that consists of a franchise doing anything and everything to entertain in their first year. That’s good for hockey.

The Golden Knights continue to find new levels to hit, and who knows — maybe they’re on their way to cornering the practice market? With lines like this, I’m not surprised.
